Before I had to rock and bounce for minimum of 10 minutes. My back was hurting and I never got anything done. Now my daughter sleeps once a day for .5-1.5 hrs and I have time to get a task it two done. She adjusted super quick because of how similar it is to the sleep training night time guide!
